Wanted to know in case of dual GSM sim technology, how protocol stack would behave (like MM/RR states etc) because it is possible that It can camp on 1 cell belonging to a operator and cant register at all on other operators network. So does MS have two instances of stack ? any idea ?
In case of built-in dual sim technology support, there must be some kind of two different L3-stack-data instances.
In case of SIM-adapters – no. ))
