Hi all, is there any body to know which timer or parameter is responsible for tch voice pre-emption in Alcatel systems.
The my question is, how i can adjust the delay for change of tch type from data to voice.The chennel is changed too slowly and if there is a new voice call there is tch_blocking.hi,
In which release are you ? B8 or B9 ?
