Cause code 41

    Hello All/Pix,

    We have ALU network and resenctly we got high number of call drop with cause code 41(the code is seen from NSS). I got LAC and CI’s with high number of call drop with cc41 and when I check these cells I got nothing unusual from the cell quality point of view.
    Do you have any idea what this about ?

    This cause code is related to temporary failure due to switching equipment congestion

    Does that mean it’s nothing with the BSS network ?

    Check for Transcoder congestion too
