Data Services after cell re selection

    when I am downloading some data from the web, then MS is in ready state with packet transfer mode (TBF transfer). At that time why every time I am not getting Cell Update after cell reselection.

    Which siganlling message must come after cell reselection in pakcet transfer moed between:

    1.) MS to BTS to BSC to SGSN

    2.) SGSN to BSC to BTS to MS

    Hi,

    Please hlep me to know the meaning of the following parameters in GPRS:

    1.) NACC (Network Associated Cell Change Support) – Whether this parameter is helpfull in early resume of data session after cell reselection.

    2.) LA + IR Support (Incremental Redundancy)

    3.) USP Granularity

    4.) Whether to enable MS Flow Control or not?

    5.) Ms flow control R Min Value

    Flow Control Mode:2
    FlowControlMode2Para : 800

    6.) Can I increae the value of T3193 to 2000ms

    Present Value of T3193 is : 1520ms

    T3192 is : 1500ms

    Please help me to know the reason for 100% BLER in EGPRS.

    Most of the time i face this problem when I receive the message of “MS out of Memory”.

    Hi All,

    I am facing the issue of resumption of data session after cell reselection.

    1.) Can MS continously attempts for the establishment of TBF after cell reselection. How many times it can attempt and which parameter i need to adjust?

    2.) What must be value for N3101, N3103, N3105
    Present Values are:
    N3101 = 10
    N3103 = 10
    N3105 = 20
