HO failure abnormal cause unspecified

    Hi,
    In some cells we have HO failure abnormal cause, unspecified. HO declared between cells around, no interference, no couple BCCH/BSIC. We have recreated the BTS, still the same. What could be wrong, which part of the network to check: A, Abis or Air Interface? This message we see in Layer 3 during drive test. Please help!

    U must be having error code 111:Protocol errror unspecified.
    Is it right?

    ho failure is fixed by changing the SUM card –> it probably means that the clock of the previous SUM was faulty
