    Dear,
    Suggestions be appreciate to degrease 40% due to HO of the total call drops rate/BSC that I have! Alcatel vendor; huge No. of HOs and drops especialy inter RCP,

    Hello Yang,

    I can’t help you much, I think it is a problem of definitions in your MSC (LAC, CI ?), or perhaps OMC-R’s

    You should check those first, or perform a drivetest to find what is the problem.
