dears i need to know why change LAC ID and what causes make need to change thx
we change LAC id (or rather LAC Dimensioning) to reduce Paging load,but lot of LACs in one bsc means frequent Location updates, so we need to carefully dimension no of LACs.its a cell level parameter, so in BSC/RNC we need to change in each Cell & also in MSC this should be changed.
