Double BA List

    Hi All,

    Can any body give me satisfied answer on advantage of using double BA (BCCH Allocation) list.
    What KPi’s can be improved in getting this activated.I have Nokia BTS all over in network.

    Double BA list is basically used during cell re-selection and measurements. Measurements are carried out on all the frequencies in the the secondary BA list and the final list with best 6 is evauated.
