strategy for homing of bsc ‘s to msc’s !

Hi,

I would like to know what are the various points to be thought in homing bsc’s to mutiple msc’s in indian circle context

For eg- let us take example of Rajasthan. There are so many SDCAs in Rajasthan. Suppose we have 4 mscs – 1 in Jaipur, 1 in Jodhpur, 1 in Sri Ganga Nagar , 1 in Nathdwara . Now when we home BSCs can we do like this – that some of the Jaipur Cluster BSCs homed to Jaipur MSC , some to Jodhpur MSC or we should try to put one Region all BSCs to one MSC only.

Means I need to know full details required in planning the homing of BSCs to MSCs
