Could you please give me any explaination about optimal call routing in CAMEL ?
Optimal Rout(e)ing (OR) is a network feature which enables the calls directed to a mobile customer to be routed directly to the mobile customer’s location.
OR requires features to be activated in the HPLMN, VPLMN, etc..
OR can interact with CAMEL. OR will apply new destinations that have been influenced by CAMEL service script logic, i.e. gsmSCF application logic.
Had several discussions about OR / CAMEL with a client in the UK. Due to the Network complexity, Network configurations, etc.. the solution was not implemented.

Should have added IPLMN to the earlier answer. Activated OR Features will ensure that calls are routed directly and this alleviates the earlier “tromboning” of traffic to HPLMN / VPLMN.
