Hello,
I would like to know how it is possible to calculate the data traffic mix of a mobile operator in order to obtain the average data consumption for GPRS/EDGE of a subscriber per day and per hour?

The only way to check this is to have a good SGSN or GGSN with such counters.
Other possibility : protocol analyser plugged onto the Gb or Gn interface (Astelia, etc.)
