Could please tell me, FAX can work in IP with G.729 codec or not ?

No, it will not work. You would need to use a G.711 codec or equipment at each end that can switch from voice to T.38 fax procedures.

That’s mean If I can switch to T.38, I can use FAX with G.729 ?
My experience is with VoIP (H.323 and SIP). These protocols include procedures for switching between voice and fax. In your case, cancelling and existing G.729 media path and renegotiating a new media path based on T.38. So, once T.38 is in use, G.729 is no longer used.
