I’m here design a systems that collect all parameter of a call from mobile station that using windows mobile OS. I think all parameter are fine for example: BER, Rxlev, Rxqual,… but i can not see any information about the sqi of gsm network, can any one help me?
SQI is an Ericsson measurement, invented by Ericsson and performed by TEMS mobiles only. It is not a standard measurement performed by all MS, and it is not reported to the BTS.
