I have no. of cells working with hopping on BCCH TRX and non hopping at TCH TRXs of the same cell! and Alcatel vendor,

Yes, I think you’re not reading the file properly… Are you sure you’re looking at the good TRX Index?
It could be an ACIE problem, but I doubt it … (but why not…)
