I want to know what are the causes of having a cell with SDCCH traffic only, but TCH traffic is 0 Erl, inc HO nearly 0% because TCH assign is 0%

Cell without TCH traffic… perhaps a cell at LAC Border : only Location Update are performed automatically. But nobody is calling.
Can you check the Mean Holding Time in the cell ?

my cell is not border cell and is not isolated.
You have a HW Pb in your cell.
Hi all thanks for your responses. I solved my problem, of corse it is a HW problem (TRX).
strange… so the TCH were not allocated in the faulty TRX ? So you should have seen a high TCH assignment failure rate…
