Parameter Harmonization

In our network we have kind of harmonized KPIs for DCR,CSSR etc to an extent that both give the picture of the network health in a similar scenario.

Is it prudent to harmonize parameters aswell in this manner, say if you have to vendors Ex-Siemens and Ex-Nokia, the algorithms, features, procedures, structure are quite different but the comparison may be carried out with a vendor like huawei? I would like your input on this.
