Call drop when one RL removed

Hi all,

Could anyone please explain, for UE that is camping to two good cells initially and at one point one of the cell’s RL worsened while the other serving at very good RF(where the UE approaching the good cell), eventually the network is abruptly released the network from serving the UE(enters IDLE mode), does this release is due to that single bad RL? i.e if it is forced to get removed from active set, does all other serving RL(include the good one) also removed from active cells(causing drop)?
