avg traffic/sub from mean call hold time

    Can we find the average traffic/subscriber just from the mean call hold time?

    Helo,

    No, because you just know the traffic generated by one subscriber… but you don’t know what is the ratio of active subscribers vs. inactive subscribers.
    Not everyone is making a call at busy hour.
