Silent call

    we have a silent call problem in our service network using Huwaei Vender BSC6000 Ver. R008 and Hopping mode is Baseband,The problem is when we got a silent call on specific TS from trace call,this situation when Hopping mode was on and when make it off the couldn’t find the problem on the same TS and when we make on again the problem solved,for more details this problem happend randamly on diffrent site belong to BSC6000,so kindly i need a suggestion about how we can solve it.

    we checked E1 Connection,CIC Number is Matched for all.

    Test the interconnection cable between the subracks in the BSC6000; I suppose the BTS are controlled by cards located in differents subracks.
