During the calling why phone set showing “ERROR IN NETWORK CONNECTION”
would any one give me answer…High traffic and another company have a site frequency almost the same

so you mean to say that error in network connection occurs due to interference?
I think its related to signaling part.If your serving Base station is newly integrated in your network, try to check if CGI is correctly defined in the MSC.
