    Hi all,

    I am working with ALCATEL BSS.
    When an SDCCH HO is performed ? HO_SDCCH parameter must be activated ?

    In my case:
    Cells with HO_SDCCH=false, SDCCH_HO_success_rate and SDCCH_HO_request are counted. Which kind of SDCCH HO is if HO_SDCCH is desactivated ?
    formula of SDCCH_HO_success_rate =( [MC10] / [MC147+MC81+MC91+MC101])
