    Hi Aly

    Plz check the A-interface ampping between iTC and MSC as in most cases of our ZTE NW we found CIC mismatch and also check one to one Loop break on the Aters at both NSC and iTC end.

    Dear Tanuj,

    The A interface is IP based , the connection between the BSC and MSS is AOIP so no CIC present in the connection.
    Thx you for your reply , any other recommendations for this case.

    We have a Nokia 2G/3G network with a Alcatel core, we are experince silent calls after call has been established. We can see call handover from 3G to 2G but then shortly afterwards call will go silent. We are fairly sure it an issue with the 2G but not sure why the call should just go silent whilst in call? Anyone any ideas?
