Dears,
Can anybody help me that how to get SDC(Symptoms Data Collector)version and how to run SDC in the OMT and OMP?
Actually in our network we have 2 OMT (OMT01 & OMT02) and OMP as well. One of them (OMT01) is too slow. I mean CPU processing shows 100%. How to improve the performance or how to reduce the CPU processing?
Once I shutdowned OMT01 and again start the systym but I didn’t start OMT. Still the CPU utilization 100%. I suspect something processing at the UNIX level.
Do anyone have some good idea that how I should proceed?
