Hi all.
I’d like to know if it’s mandatory to perform a LA Update after a drop call.
We’ve received a drive test in wich there’s several drops due to the mobile didn’t perform a LA Update, so after every drop there’s a Call Setup in the same cell.

If your call attempt was faced with “IMSI unknown” cause from visited network then your mobile should perform Normal Location Update.
