    Can anyone help me? I am doing minimize drop radio in Rural I found some cell has Quality HO as
    HO Level = 90%,HO DL Quality =5% and UL Quality =15%
    can anyone explaint me What make mobile do HO in cause of UL Quality

    Quality HO as
    HO Level = 90%,HO DL Quality =5% and UL Quality =15%

    –> most of your HO are level –> the cell provides a poor coverage in a certain area, so MS are doing HO due to low level.

    Cause : poor coverage (obstacle ? cell fringe ?), path balance issues, or wrong parameter definitions, or missing adjacencies, perhaps.
