Dear ALL,
Well m looking and trying to work on l3 messages..Can anyone help me in this regards..
Can anyone tell me how i can decode l3 messages..
I’m using TEMS 8 and I think it sames as previous version you can find it by Menu =>”presentation” =>signaling=>Layer 3 messeges
,so you can select the messeges you want to see RR,CC and so on 🙂Dear i have used tems 8 and 8.2
in both i can find out where they are placed but m looking for what are RR msgs how they can b decoded…

Why don’t you ask a precise question from the start.
Because
“how can i decode layer 3 messages”
and
“what does RR means”are 2 different questions 🙂
RR is not decoded in the message itself? I thought it was.
Dear i was talking about l3 msgs…how can i understand l3 msgs
