missing cells1800 stats in oss

    I introduced cells 1800 in my network but i haven’t statistics in oss
    Please can you help me

    hello eallongo,

    that’s kinda strange!

    On which part of the OSS are they missing?

    Do you have the cell defined parameters appearing on the OSS?

    Are the stats missing on the OSS or on the stats monitoring tool (like BusinessObjects)?

    Have you checked with your Engineer responsible for OSS maintenance?

    I couldn’t define this cells in OSS so i can not have stats in Business oblect
    But for cell 900 Mhz, no problem
    I have one BSC for 2 bands

    This is due to the OSS problem to retrive information from the BSC node.
    It’s the CNA function in the OSS

    eallongo , hi! Check SMIA and OBJECT types. Probably this is not the problem of 1800 band cells, but of the object types which are full. Update SGW. We had the same problem and solved like that.
