I’m preparing a request for proposal (RFP) for the design, implementation and commissioning of a private voice network by an outside contractor. We are a private water services utility in the Philippines.
So far the RFP includes description of the company’s physical setup – location & description of facilities and offices – and a description of the existing voice communication system.
Can anyone give me an idea on what other information the RFP should provide the potential contractors?
Are you willing to try VoIP or any of the newer technologies? Approxiamatley how many users? Can you give him a call model? Examples of a typical call by department. Are you willing to settle for lower voice quality for a less expensive solution? What are your existing capabilites?
