Is it possible Inter PLMN Handover?
yes, it’s something possible, but not always implemented by the vendor.
In the case of local roaming, is it possible to perform a Handover between the HPLMN and the VPLMN?
My previous answer remains valid to your second question, which looks a lot like the first question 🙂
