SMS to wrong number

    In our network,we observed the some problem with SMS.

    If a A is replying to B’s SMS,then message go to a wrong number C….This is not happening to everytime.so i am not able to take some logs and trouble shoot this.we are getting more and more complaints like this…
    guys ,can u ever observed this type of problem,what is technical reason for this.Please help me to solve this

    Hi Nikki!
    It is occurred only after replying or when subscriber A creates a new SM also?
