DL Qual

    Hi all I have one question regarding the DL HO,

    one cell has DL Qual HO cause within the same cell, just for indication the network topo is dual layer
    any idea ?

    I don’t understand..

    DL Qual HO means the radio link is degraded in DL, probably because of poor coverage or interference.
    Perform some drivetest to highlight the problem, or analyze your frequency planning.

    Hi Pix thanks for your answer,
    yes he cell make HO with her self cause DL Qual, in the begining I thaught its due to intra cell HO because we have dual layer topo DCS and 900.
