Neighbour Cell Optimization Data Collection tool is activated in M2000. This is the very first time that we try to use this tool. But when we try to initiate a new recording it does not show any cell or frequency sets (Cell and Frequency boxes are blank).
Do I need to activate some counters or anything else in BSC6000 or M2000?
Please help me to slove this issue.
I think you should check the configuraion from BSC side.

do you do trial test on Power control III or not and can you pease tell me where can I find the neighbor cell optimization data tool?

No, we did not do a trial on power control III.
You can find this tool in M2000, under “Performance”. I think this tool comes only with BSC6000. This is not available with BSC32.
