Hi..
If i make a BTS power on having 900 hardware, TRX etc.
I make the jumpers/feeder connected to antenna.
If i take a TEMS in my hand will it show me a Rx level …if yes then what will the ARFCN?
I mean can TRX starts radiating at a default frequency from the band it is designed for?

if you turn on a TRX, it will download its configuration from the BTS. If you don’t define a frequency in the configuration, it’s up to the vendor to define whether or not the TRX will transmit anything.
Probably, nothing is going to be transmitted. But again, it depends on implementation.
