i make the Deletions of several sectors, this were made per plan in several BSC leaving only the OMUSIG WORKING but now the alarms in the BSC are not reflected even when they are created and visible in the BCF.

How can I solve it?I have this alarm on NOKIA SRAN BTS fgor 2G (One or More TRXes didn`t receive Systed Information from BSC) and the following are the status of TRXes on this cell :
TRX-001 U WO 19 0 – MBCCH+CBCH P 1
TRX-002 U BL-SYS 60 0 – 0
TRX-003 U BL-SYS 28 0 – 3
TRX-004 U BL-SYS 56 0 – 2What`s the solution ? and is it BSC level or BTS level?
