    how can i fix this alarms?
    1. channel failure rate above defined threshold(CFR).
    2. Mean holding above defined threshold(MHT).
    3. CH CONGESTION IN CELL ABOVE DEFINED THRESHOLD

    Q 1-what is the MEAN HOLDING TIME BELOW DEFINED THRESHOLD.

    Q 2-channel failure rate above defined threshold.
    Q 3-CH CONGESTION IN CELL ABOVE DEFINED THRESHOLD.
    Q 4- INCONSISTENT DATA IN RADIO RESOURCE MANAGEMENT STATE FILES.

    I have been working on SDCCH blocking and hence on 7725 alarm. If the alarm comes during the dynamic SDCCH channel allocation, then what will come in the supplementary information of this alarm (0 or 1)?

    and tch channel are going in Bl-sy state.

    Hi Tech team,
    for CHANNEL FAILURE RATE ABOVE DEFINED THRESHOLD Supplementary information fields 1 shows 02 which is failure on sdcch channel 90%.I found the resolution by not defining the ch with sdcch.example sectA has 4 trxs.TRX 1 we have sdcch and trx 2 ch0 has also sdcch.after defining trx2 ch0 as tchd alarm disappear.My question,is this alarm trigger on sdcch for wrong TRX and channel definition and what is the logical reason

    7725 alarms where additional info is 02 due to this data services are affected

    I ALSO HAVE THIS ALARM: 7725 TRAFFIC CHANNEL ACTIVATION FAILURE. I TRIED TO RESET THE TRX AND EVEN BLOCKED THE RTSL BUT ALARM APPEARED IN A DIFFERENT RTSL.
