Receive Diversity & Receive Independence

    When we change receive independence to receive diversity then CSSR is become good in Huawei BTS3012.

    Can you please some one explain this?

    Mahesh,

    Sure. Because in receive diversity, two signals are received main & diversity and the TRX would filter the best one of them. Whereas in receive independece only one signal is received which results in CSSR degaradation.

    Dear RF,

    This is Huawei parameters, but I think this is not only for Huawie. Receiver diversity should be there in any vendor equipment.
