    did you anyone tell me that about HPBSTATE parametre what happen if this parametre active or inactive .thanks

    This parameter is a switch for an Ericsson feature called “Handover Power Boost”. When you enable it, BTS send the HO_CMD using maximum power irrespective of Power Control State. It can help during urgency handovers when there is a chance of losing the power controller HO_CMD.

    I am working Ericsson network and ı notice that same cells active but another cells inactive this parametre,so why not for all cells active HPBSTATE,can you explain about this?
