LOw TCH Availability

    Hi All,
    Is there anyone who can tell me the maximum possible reason for low TCH Availability in some cells.

    Hi AA……It depends on the TCH congestion on that cell…..TRX outage or Timeslot Outage on that cell….these are the main reason for low TCH availibility.
    You should check this to find the reason.

    availability = outage, it doesn’t depend on congestion, but only on physical/hardware status of the equipment.

    Oh ya sorry…it has separate stat like BUSY_TCH_MAX/Mean to see how many TCH was busy for a particular time.
