High drop call rate

    >Hi anyone
    We have a cell ( Ericsson) with very bad figures:
    20% drop call rate ( 10 Erlgs)
    80% of rxqual=7 in UL ( no interference)
    -we’ve changed all the HW and double-checked feeders and antennas
    -we’ve changed abis
    -we’ve checked configuration (parameters, imdb, etc)
    In the field we see ( drive test with tems) the legend “blocked call…no traffic channel assigned” or “Blocked call…no alerting or connect”

    any suggestions?

    i want to improve MPD of the network can any one help me in this regard?
