High SDCCH drop due to other reasons

    Hi,

    Can anyone help me what could be the cause of sudden increase in SDCCH drop due to other reasons for all cells in the BSC after the upgrade of the trunks from the BSC to the MGW. Could it be with the trunks that were added?

    hi,

    well, if the date of the degradation is the same as the date you added the trunks, then probably, yes, it is linked.

    did you define the CIC timeslots correctly ?

    Hello Kristine,
    You have to check with the extended drop reasons where you can know that the related drops reasons…

    Hi Friends,
    What could be reason of suddenly increasing of SDCCH drop due to other reason, problem is in one cell other two are ok. i tried to reload and shifted BCCH to another DRU, blocke TRx one by one no improvements still.
