    during a drive test if your ms camp on another cell during a call and if that freq is not defined in your (data transcript). this is called missing neighbour.and a voice come from your tems investigation”MISSING NEIGHBOUR).if u enable this option

    yur MS never comp on that cell whos freq is not defined in that data trancript.

    u can find missing neighbours.in TEMS INVESTIGATION the voice come if u miss any neighbour.
