hello evry body,
when we print c7 signalling link state in ERICSSON BSC’s by using:
C7LDP:LS=ALL;
sometimes we find C7ST2C parametre.
what do this parametre mean?C7ST2C – is identifier of signaling terminal on your BSC. Signaling terminals are grouped in magazines, and each of them has own id.
C7ST2C it’s the signaling terminal that its main function is C7 and it’s the device type of the RPG3.
So to have a signaling TS you should make a semipermenat connection between the C7ST2C and that time slot to carry the C7.C7ST2C is the Ericsson name given for SS7 signalling link.Purpose same as usual like SS7 what’s it do.
