Configuring Dialog boards for ISUP

    We are trying to configure an Intel Dialogic card on a server for ISUP signalling through an STP which is an Ericsson Media Gateway. The signalling link comes up fine but the circuits remain in SEALED state on the destination MSC which is also Ericsson. Any ideas?

    Hi Nyasaking,
    We also had the same issue when integrating the PRBT service with Intel dialogic cards. each card was supporting 4 E1s. Check with the ISUP trace between the MSC and the dialogic card. The major reason could be due to time difference between the nodes. Due to the difference, the devices are forced to go seal state. finally the card vendor came with some solution.

    Hi Nyasaking, I’ve same problem.
    Dialogic cards, Ericsson msc, the signalling link is up and circuits remaining in SEAL state on msc.

    Are u solve this problem?
