performance measurements of class 5 offi

A vendor of ours has been commissionned to install a class 5 switch.To ensure that adequate trunks have been ordered I am required to come up with a performance requirement document. I am hunting for my old 5ESS design guide book.Can some tell me if this is available on line somewhere or alternatively send me what the performance parameteres sohuld be?–things like
1. no dial tone
2. post dial delay
3. trunk busy etc.
These would be the typical design and engineering parameteres we used to use when we designed switches, trunk fields andline fields for a P01 grade of service.
