This is theoretical question.
Is there a percentage figure that is commonly used to identify the percentage (%) chance that an MS will use a dominant best server coverage where the percentage figure have been worked out from a combination of estimated KPI, drive cell testing and traffic analysis.
Appreciate these are KPI/testing/traffic are different elements but wanted to see if it were possible and whether it had been done to produce the percentage figure.
I keep reading your question, but i still don’t understand it. I’ve never read such long sentences in my whole life ! 🙂
Could you give an example maybe ? With exemplary values ?
