I am troubleshooting some issues on an Ericsson RBS 2×06. I am gettnig a lost of sites with Timeslots blocked, multiple TS on the dTRU are blocked. I checked the transmission and the DIP’s and they look OK.
I am seeing TS Sync Faults and Loop Test Failed on the BSC.. and TRA PCU alarms on the RBS.
Any ideas as to the possible cause.

More than half of the sites on BSC have failed .The DIPs are working fine and if you bring
up a site ,it will come up but another site will go down.The TFs will be in NOOP.This point to a sync problem .I need the commands to do the following
1)Check the CLMs range, and re-aligned.
2)Send signal to MSC to align the CLM
