Can you tell me, what is TFI (temporary flow Id)?

TFI is the identity of a TBF. It is a header field in each radio block that is used to define which blocks belong to whom.
If TFI of the block = 2, then the MS who has its TFI assigned to 2 by the network will receive and decode this block.
