7706 is due to O&M link down of BTS.Kindly check Site may be down,or LAPD for OM signalling may be OFF.BCCH missing 7767 apears when BCCH TRX is down dou to any reason.

KjbGood day Sirs, how to resolve this problem? On site there’s no active alarm but on NOC there’s a Recovery Action Failure, and sometimes HSDPA failure indicating cell A, yet we’ve already replaced the FRGC module where cell A is located.
Please help me with this. Tnx

Nokia have a sleeping cell issue in S11.5, which is fixed in CD 4 I think (we are now on CD10) Many BTS’s report 7738 alarm (first supp info field will tell you if this is as SD/TCH/GPRS issue or combination of the 3) This issue is resolved by swapover of BCSU. Currently we have see an issue with 7738 alarms (again related to BCSU) following automatic recovery action of a bcsu, in this case all effected BTS’s require reset to resolve. Also it could be that your BTS is supervised 24 hrs a day (ZEEO:SUP;) and you genuinely have no traffic. In this case your supervision parameters need adjustment.Thanks KJB for the reply. Kindly tell what steps can be taken remotely remedy?

it seems that you are expert in NOKIA BSC 3i.
i have one important question.1.in NOKIA BSC 3i we have an extension of service terminal named:RCBUGG
with this extension we can replace the MML commands in the US command group (Working State
and Restart Handling) in situations in which the OMU is not in use and the
MML commands cannot be executed.
i want to know step to step which commands should apply for this ???2-can we measure VSWR without the help of site master/spectrum analyzar??
