Forcasting CDMA Capacity

    Hi, what is the best way to forcast capacity growth for a CDMA 2000 network.

    I can calculate a growth factor from current subscribers and current erlangs vs predicted subscribers and calculate predicted erlangs.

    I need to forcast Avg Pwr for the same period. Can I use the same growth factor that is calculated for traffic for power forcasting?
