    Is there anybody who knows what’s typical or standard value of GoS for a central office.

    For trunks we use a gos of 1%.

    Different parts of the switch can have different measures of GOS. Some switch peripherals are 100% non-blocking while some (like line concentrators)are designed with some probability of blocking. I suggest you look for it in the switch documentation. Phil is right, 1% for trunks is common
